Full job description Robert Half Corporate Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Content Specialist to support the creation, optimization and publication of blog posts/online articles, as well as maintain blog editorial calendars and assist with reporting as needed.
Reporting to the Manager, Blog Strategy and Content, the Content Coordinator will also work with writers, SEO analysts and others across the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to coordinate blog posts to support major content programs and special projects.
The position's primary responsibilities are: Proofread and upload content on the Robert Half website using the Adobe Experience Manager platform Find images for new and updated content Update existing content with new research and optimize it for web search Assist with coordinating requests for new and updated content from other teams (Marketing, Human Resources, DEI, etc.) Maintain blog editorial calendar Create social media advocacy posts for blog posts Coordinate blog posts for major content programs Assist with requests for blog post metrics and reporting
Required skills and experience: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of marketing or communications experience Experience writing, editing and proofreading professional content Web content optimization experience Proficiency using content management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail The ability to effectively work in a remote environment is essential for this position. Demonstrated capability to maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a remote setting Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as video conferencing platforms, project management software, and document sharing systems Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedules for team meetings and collaborative activities Preferred software skills: Adobe Experience Manager Google Analytics (GA4) SEMrush Google Search Console Smartsheet Microsoft Teams SharePoint Dynamic Signal The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
