Job Title: Content Creator
Department: Marketing SUMMARY
Develops, curates, and publishes engaging content across various platforms to support organizational goals. Creating written, visual, and multimedia content, implementing SEO best practices, monitoring audience engagement, and collaborating with team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop comprehensive strategies to support marketing campaigns. Well-versed in social media platforms, content creation, and elicits engagement across social medial channels. Provide ideas/prompts, take photographs, film footage, add captions and hashtags and post to appropriate social media platforms. Work with blog writers to plan and schedule a content calendar that covers a variety of topics surrounding addiction and substance abuse. Assist with newsletters and email campaigns to keep clients and families up to date on Infinite Recoverys events and operations. Work close with Alumni programs and Alumni Manager to generate content to keep Alumni network. Attending Alumni events and collecting photos, video, and interviews. Familiarity with influencers and influencer platforms/agencies a plus. Create engaging content across various channels, including white papers, guides, case studies, blog posts, email copy, and social media content. Responsible for designing and editing creative assets before posting. The job duties listed in this job description may not be inclusive of all requirements of this position. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 2-4 years proven experience in content strategy and digital content creation. Proven experience in content strategy in the healthcare/substance abuse sector. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging and insightful content. Innovative thinker with a keen understanding of content marketing trends, techniques, and tools, (esp. AI-driven) Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in managing social media strategy and content across various platforms. Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
