Job Description:
Casey's General Stores is seeking a reliable and hardworking Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. This position is entry-level, providing a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with product information, orders, refunds, and other inquiries- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a quiet home office space with reliable internet connection- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
