Job Description:
Spectra Energy is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in a part-time, work-from-home capacity. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.2. Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats professionally and efficiently.3. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions.4. Maintaining customer records and updating databases as needed.5. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.6. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.8. Taking on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.6. Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities.7. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
