Job Description:Cablevision Systems is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home in Columbus, Ohio. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Research customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction- Utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to assist customers- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
