Job Description:
Tech Data is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Columbus, Ohio. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, and possess strong decision-making and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries- Provide information about products and services- Handle and resolve customer complaints- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
