Job Description:

As a Contact Center Specialist at Gap, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a remote work position based in Austin, Texas, with part-time hours and at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and resilient personality.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns and exchanges- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and escalate complex customer concerns- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience- Driven and resilient personality traits- Strong people management and critical thinking skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
