Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback.2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. Confident and reliable individual who can handle customer interactions with ease.2. Strong leadership and planning skills to effectively manage customer inquiries.3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Must be able to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.
