Realogy Holdings is seeking a dynamic and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness, along with strong soft skills in research and time management.
Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services- Conduct research to resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Strong research and time management soft skills
