Job Description:

American Express is seeking a passionate and reliable Contact Center Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level team member, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high level of customer service and satisfaction.2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.3. Providing product and service information to customers.4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and seamless customer experience.6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. Passionate and reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer service.2. Excellent decision-making and time management skills.3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.5. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.6. Must be able to work part-time hours and have the flexibility to work remotely.
