Job Description:
Sonic Automotive is seeking a motivated and passionate Contact Center Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, issues, and concerns.- Conducting research and providing accurate information to customers.- Working closely with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication.- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.- Utilizing CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up procedures.- Meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and goals.- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong research skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.- Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.- Paid overtime opportunities for eligible employees.
