Contact Center Representative

We are looking for a dynamic Contact Center Representative to join our team at Delek US Holdings in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time entry level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders- Document all customer interactions in a detailed and accurate manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the contact center- Use creativity and attention to detail to come up with solutions for complex customer problems- Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Resourceful and independent mindset- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to problem solve and think creatively- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
