Job Description:
Williams is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Contact Center Officer to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions.6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.7. Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.8. Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.3.
