Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a reliable and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely in Austin, Texas, US.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.2. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.3. Effectively resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.4. Communicate with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.9. Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy.10. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:1. Associate level seniority with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Strategic planning and prioritization skills.8. Planning and organization skills.9. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.10. High school diploma or equivalent required.
