Job Description:

Navistar International is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Contact Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Provide product information and guidance to customers.4. Process customer orders and manage customer accounts.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.6. Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Resilient and driven personality traits.2. Strong leadership and persuasion skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
