Job Description:

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers regarding product inquiries, order requests, complaints, and general information.2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions in a timely and effective manner.3. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to accurately answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and track trends.5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and follow up on customer inquiries.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.7. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.2. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and de-escalate stressful situations.3. Attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
