Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Contact Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resourceful, motivated, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Provide information about our products and services, educate customers on insurance options, and assist with policy-related questions- Process customer transactions, update account information, and handle policy changes accurately- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a high level of knowledge about insurance products, industry trends, and company policies- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Ability to adapt to change and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude- Insurance industry experience is a plus
