Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Contact Center Manager to join our team at Delta Air Lines. This is a part-time remote position based in Denver, Colorado, US. As an Associate Level Contact Center Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of contact center representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center.3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner.5. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that contact center representatives are up to date on policies and procedures.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.7. Prepare reports and presentations on contact center performance for senior management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.5. Experience working in a remote contact center environment is preferred.6. Knowledge of contact center technologies and best practices.7. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
