Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Regions Financial is seeking a dedicated and passionate Contact Center Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively- Creativity in finding solutions to customer problems- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
