Contact Center Associate

Health Net, a leading healthcare company in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our members.

As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Health Net members through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that members have a positive experience with our company. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of member interactions and following up on any outstanding issues.

The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable and independent, with strong problem-solving and people management skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. A background in healthcare or customer service is a plus, but not required.
