Responsibilities / Duties:
Provide exemplary service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues. Assist customers with requests and transactions using one of our communication channels (phone, email, text, chat, Interactive Teller Machine). Handle routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, handling payments, etc.). Identify Bank Midwest products and services that best fit customer needs. Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in PC based applications (Microsoft, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Schedule:
The Customer Call Center is open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Contact Center Associates are scheduled to work an 8-hour shift during call center hours of business. Will work a Saturday rotation (8 am to Noon). When scheduled to work Saturday, there will be a half day off during the work week. Benefits:
