Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Huntington Ingalls Industries, located in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, have excellent presentation skills, and a strong sense of cooperation.

Responsibilities:1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.2. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering inquiries.3. Utilizing company systems and tools to document and track customer interactions.4. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
