Job Description:

Ford Motor is seeking a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Assistant to join our team remotely in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Answering and making phone calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues- Responding to customer emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner- Updating customer information in the company database- Assisting with scheduling appointments for customers- Providing guidance and support to customers regarding products and services- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent people management and planning skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required- Associate degree or higher preferred- Dedicated and resilient personality traits
