Job Description:

Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, suitable for individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response time- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Resourceful and driven individuals who are able to work independently and under pressure- Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively address customer needs- Experience in a contact center, customer service, or related field is preferred- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center technology- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment provided by the company
