Job Description:We are seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Zoom Video Communications in Washington, D.C. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our contact center.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services- Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues that require additional support- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for customers- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our contact center operations- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and ways to enhance our customer service processes- Assist with training new contact center staff as needed

Requirements:- Confident and adaptable personality- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
