Job Description:
First Data is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong research and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance.- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers.- Assist with strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.- Provide feedback to management on trends and issues identified through customer interactions.- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong research and strategic planning abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- High school diploma or equivalent.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
