Contact Center Assistant

Job description:

Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist with managing inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolution of customer issues- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism- Utilize technology and software systems to enhance customer service and communication

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
