Chord Specialty Dental Partners is seeking a skilled Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist patients with tasks such as registration, scheduling, and appointment confirmation. Pay: $17/hr Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8am - 1:30pm Location: Remote Answer inbound calls to assist with scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and addressing any other inquires or concerns in Spanish and English. Navigate systems and databases proficiently to access patient records and appointment details. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve issues or concerns. Effectively navigate our systems and databases to access patient account information. Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction. Meet performance metrics related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Fluent in both English and Spanish is required Previous experience in customer service or contact center role is preferred.
