MIN EDUCATION:

Min Bachelor with experience (Masters preferred)

MIN EXPERIENCE:

Industries/Experience - Consumer research, sensory research agencies, Food science, chemistry, market research agencies
2-5 years' experience in sensory expert panel and consumer research

SKILLS:

Knowledge of data analysis of expert panel / QDA
Quantitative consumer research
Statistical Analysis - ANOVA
Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication skills
Compusense familiarity is a plus

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Consumer Sensory Scientist, to conduct consumer research and oversee the sensory expert panel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies to understand consumer preferences, behavior, and trends.
Organize and facilitate sensory panels testing sessions to evaluate product attributes such as taste, smell, texture, and appearance. Also work with panel leader to ensure screening, training, validation regularly conducted.
Assist in designing research protocols and methodologies for data collection.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from consumer surveys and sensory panels testing.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, procurement, marketing, and quality assurance to implement research insights.
Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
