Responsibilities
• Perform reactive incident response functions including host-based analysis• Investigate various log sources to identify evidence of malicious activity• Use forensics tools to determine source of compromises and malicious activity• Guide clients through digital forensics investigations and provide remediation recommendations• Perform light travel as needed• Have an external presence via public speaking, conferences, and/or publications• Build relationships internally and externally• Provide incident response consulting services• Conduct risk management and digital forensics services• Deliver cybersecurity solutions and incident response plans
Requirements
• 2+ years of incident response or digital forensics experience• Proficiency with host-based forensics and data breach response• Experience with forensics tools such as EnCase, FTK, Splunk, etc.• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or related field required• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%)
