Construction Superintendent

We are looking for a Civil Construction Superintendent to join our team! This position will be responsible for the supervision and completion of civil projects including roadways, bridges, dams, and concrete overlay. The successful candidate will have experience in heavy civil construction and project superintendent roles.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and supervise construction personnel and subcontractors Develop and implement quality control procedures Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner Monitor project performance and progress in relation to budget and schedule Coordinate with project owners, engineers and inspectors to keep projects on track Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes Resolve disputes and conflicts in a professional manner Perform other duties as necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in civil construction Thorough understanding of construction processes and principles Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, understand and interpret plans and blueprints Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Valid drivers license Benefits What's In It For Me:  Health Insurance  Dental Insurance  Vision Insurance  PTO  Monetary benefits + Bonus Structure  Work/Life Balance  Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
