Will look at a commercial background if individual is willing to do High End residential.Characteristics: The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing complex construction projects efficiently.Project Experience: Significant experience in managing high-end residential construction projects from conception to completion.Education: A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.Ideal Candidate: Passionate about delivering exceptional results, possesses a strong work ethic, and is proficient with Autodesk software.Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.Compensation Range:Salary: $135,000 to 175,000 per year DOE.Benefits: Medical benefits with the company covering 80%, 10 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, and an annual discretionary bonus.Please send your resume to for consideration.
