We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques. We have in-house architectural and engineering staff to streamline the construction process. This creates a more construction-friendly atmosphere with less paperwork and simplifies communication and documentation. Your input will be appreciated in aspects of design and constructability.... you can build buildings instead of doing endless paperwork. 95% of our projects are within 45 minutes of Milwaukee. Duties: - Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with our staff architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents - Utilize construction management software such as Microsoft Project to track project progress and communicate updates Skills: - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents - Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure projects stay on schedule - Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Understanding of contract administration processes We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
