Construction Superintendent - Medical Office Project (Ground-Up)

Job Description:

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the successful completion of the ground-up medical office project $50M. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include:
Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project closeout
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
Monitoring and controlling project costs
Coordinating with the project team to resolve any issues that arise during construction
Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on the job site
Maintaining a positive working relationship with the client and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on ground-up projects
Experience managing medical office projects is highly desirable
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
