Construction Superintendent

Are you a Construction Superintendent with proven experience working on Hardscape construction or working with Sitework/Excavation? Are you capable of managing relationships with outside vendors and subcontractors to keep projects on budget and on time?

As our company continues to grow and expand both in size and number of active projects we are looking to bring on a Construction Superintendent with a background in Hardscaping and Earth Retention to join our rapidly growing organization. What You Will Be Doing Manage daily activity on job sites while also overseeing the entire construction process from preconstruction to completion Oversee subcontractor and vendor scopes of work to ensure they are properly documented Order materials and ensure that deliveries are meeting deadlines to keep construction process moving smoothly Collaborate with Project Managers and company leadership to ensure each project is meeting milestones Coordinate job site inspections with various agencies and perform job site walks regularly Ensure project close outs are handled completely and sent off to Owner What You Need for this Position The Construction Superintendent must have 5+ years experience acting in a Superintendent role and be familiar with:
