• Manage and oversee ground up Multifamily construction projects• Build and nurture client relationships• Ensure project completion within budget and schedule• Provide project management support• Collaborate with cross-functional teams• Maintain a safe work environment• Provide leadership and guidance to team members• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications• Prepare and present progress reports
Requirements
• Proven work history in Multifamily projects• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ground up projects• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred• Practical experience in project management• Excellent people skills• Certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered
