They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team immediately! They are built on trust and integrity and specialize on ground up diverse commercial construction projects. COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: • 4-5 years' experience in Senior role OR 9 years in Project Manager position
• Diverse commercial construction experience (hospitality, higher ed, car dealerships, healthcare, industrial)
• Experience working for a general contractor or developer
• B.S. in Construction related field (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can do attitude
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time)
