COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Our client is a reputable general contractor that has an immediate hiring need for a construction, Senior level Estimator with an entrepreneurial mindset! COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR:
· 10+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry (healthcare, big box, hospitality, education, federal, private or public, etc.)
· Proven stability in your career working on commercial projects
· Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
· BS in Construction Management or related to (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
