In this role, you'll: Guide project teams in developing and maintaining effective CPM schedules. Train and coach others on best practices in schedule creation and management. Stay up-to-date on the latest scheduling technologies and implement new solutions. Collaborate with project teams, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects our core values. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects. Expertise in construction scheduling software and familiarity with Lean construction techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A strong understanding of construction scheduling principles. Proactive, organized, and self-motivated. A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.
