Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Collaborate with project team members to gather information and data necessary for schedule creation and updates. Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts. Conduct baseline schedule review, monthly updates, and time impact analyses. Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively to project team members and stakeholders. Conduct regular progress meetings to assess project status and address any scheduling concerns. Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure project progression and completion in a timely manner. Requirements A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field. Expert-level plan-reading skills required. Experience with time impact analysis is required. Claims experience preferred. Expert user of project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology, preferably in the field/on-site experience Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
