Responsibilities
• Develop prospects and deliver sales of Compact Construction Equipment• Plan and deliver sales of Skid Steers, Compact Track Loaders, Mini-Excavators, and Compact Wheel Loaders• Communicate with prospects and make sales presentations• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms• Maintain product knowledge and provide customer service and technical assistance• Build relationships with customers and prospects• Attend and present at demonstrations, open house programs, exhibits, and industry meetings• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Senior Management
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year construction or agriculture equipment experience• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred• Reside in Los Angeles County preferred• 2+ years equipment sales experience or territory-based selling• Knowledge of construction industry and operational practices• Familiarity with using a CRM system• Ability to work flexible hours• Excellent customer relationship skills• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to use IOS platform and Microsoft applications• Language proficiency in Spanish and English
