This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, capture market share, build relationships, and manage clients.
Position Overview: As a New Construction Insulation Sales Representative at Insulation Labs, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on the new construction market, working closely with builders, contractors, and architects to promote our insulation solutions. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and manage clients throughout the sales process. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities: Identify and engage with builders, contractors, and architects to promote our insulation products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insulation solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and energy efficiency regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate sales reports. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner. Requirements: Previous construction or insulation sales preferred, not required. Ability to learn and communicate knowledge of insulation products, construction methods, and building codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and present tailored solutions. Familiarity with MS Office suite.
