We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our team!

Construction Safety Manager Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all safety protocols on construction sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Train and mentor construction workers on safety practices and compliance. Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents. Stay current with safety regulations and industry best practices. Construction Safety Manager Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in construction safety management. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Certification in construction safety (e.g., CSP, CHST, OSHA 30) is a plus. Construction Safety Manager Benefits :
