Qualifications for Project Manager Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred 2+ Years working in a Project Manager role or similar (Does not have to come from Commercial Construction) Experience with Bluebeam, takeoffs, and estimation Do not need a lot of experience for this role Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Take initiative and seek responsibility Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Compensation/Benefits for Project Manager Industry leading compensation Complete benefits package Positive work environment
