Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager (Commercial) to manage our ground-up projects. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring project owners expectations are met. This position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager (Commercial) will manage ground-up projects in the state. This includes managing project budgets and timelines, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring project owners expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage pre-construction, construction, and close-out of projects Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors Resolve conflicts and disputes related to the project Manage and mentor project team members Enforce safety regulations and standards Prepare and submit progress reports to project owners Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a commercial environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of industry standards and best practices Proficiency with project management software Valid drivers license Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
