Responsibilities
• Maintain favorable client relationships and lead project meetings• Manage and administer the Owner Contract and financial aspects• Write, qualify, evaluate, and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders• Participate in preconstruction efforts and understand construction process• Create and maintain construction schedules• Monitor and manage construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence• Coordinate with Superintendent on project details and safety issues• Create monthly financial forecasts and project reports• Lead project closeout procedures• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and mentor assistants
Requirements
• BS in Construction Management, Science, Engineering, or related area• Minimum of four (4) years of construction experience• Effective communication skills with project team, clients, and subcontractors• Experience with cost management, financial analysis, and project manager software• Experience managing projects from start to finish• Preferred experience in K-12, Higher Education, Multifamily projects• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong planning and organizational skills
