Job Title: Multifamily Project Manager
Job Location: 80% will be in-office at Salt Lake City headquarters, 20% will be visiting job-sites

We are a 20+ year old GC specializing in Multifamily projects since our inception, we have expanded our project list to commercial as well but Multifamily has always been our bread and butter. We continue to grow in our field and our project list also includes: high-rise residential, vertical construction, hospitality, industrial, retail, corporate, and tenant improvements/remodels. As a Project Manager, you will be managing several multifamily projects and periodically visit the on-site field team in support of the Superintendent, and ensuring construction timelines are met in a timely manner. What You Will Be Doing - Oversee field operations and job site performance as well as execution for on-time and efficient project delivery/completion
- Prepare and attend pre-job meetings with Field Supervision and support team
- Effective communication with all critical members of the project to ensure we are meeting construction project deadlines
- Manage client relationships with real-time project milestones and consult where needed
- Problem solve with the team after visiting job sites and communiting with field staff to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
- Provide daily project updates to internal staff and upper management
- Collaborate and delegate duties to team members
- Identify risks and develop plans to minimize risks.
- Reviews, evaluates, and may develop schedules, and logistics plans.
- Manage project costs, budgeting, and financials
What You Need for this Position
- 3-5+ years of Multifamily Construction industry experience but also open to 5-10+ years of combined construction industry experience
- Experience with multi-story/level residential projects, high-rise residential, vertical construction, senior living, etc
- Experience with on-site coordination, field operations, and supervision of team members, and all parties
- Effective Communication with field team members, clients, internal staff, upper management, client relations, etc.
- Knowledgeable of Construction Project Management timelines
- Experience and ability to process change orders
- Review and Revise Submittals
- Manage cost and schedule of each project
- Manage project safety and risk management Nice to have:
- Experience with commercial construction in addition to multifamily (A Plus!)
