Responsibilities
• Manage site and sub-contractors• Assist project manager and site foreman• Report field activities and issues• Organize documents and communications• Lead and direct field crews• Inspect work in progress• Resolve field conditions and project issues• Scheduling permits and inspections• Coordinate with design team• Assist with construction administration
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese a plus• Construction background with project management experience• Strong skills in planning and executing projects• Minimum 7+ years' experience in construction & project management• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related subject• Thorough understanding of construction administration processes• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification is a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Experience in construction and project management• Work location: In person
