Key Responsibilities: Directly oversee miscellaneous construction and signage projects within our retail chains.
Aid in project scheduling and assign General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
Distribute all required project documents to external and internal contacts.
Negotiate pricing, review and approve proposals and invoices.
Track progress and ensure the successful close-out of all assigned projects.
Provide regular updates to the Field Organization and Management detailing the status of all projects.
Key Strengths: Strong organization and project planning skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word. Experience with Lucernex and Service Channel is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades. Ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans. Knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing criteria.
Experience working on complex projects.
Retail experience.
Knowledge of general fixturing and retail store planning.
Ability to decipher landlord and city codes as it relates to exterior signs.
Note: This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Marlborough, MA. Pay Details: $47.50 per hour
