Responsibilities
• Adhere to safety programs and manage project team's and subcontractors' safety• Oversee construction activities and execute single or multiple projects simultaneously• Participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development• Develop and manage client relationships for proposal and project related items• Participate in project risk reviews and consult with Legal Department• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and participate in risk review process• Implement Project Execution Plan and construction staffing plans• Oversee project plan development and secure project permits• Facilitate RFP and bid process, and prepare scope of work documents• Review and communicate internal and external project reports• Collaborate with engineering team in delivering engineering deliverables• Manage contract administration, invoicing, and documentation• Coordinate client, supplier, and company commissioning and startup teams• Implement project safety, quality, progress, and financial audits• Oversee project documentation, insurance, taxes, licensures, and bonding• Perform project cost reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking• Develop and oversee materials receiving and management process• Review contract compliance and direct project turnover and closeout• Support communication with governmental, industry, and public entities• Review construction field reports and provide mentorship and training• Manage community and building trades relationships• Onboard craft/field supervision and manage staffing on projects• Manage labor burdens, craft classifications, and craft progression• Estimate, forecast, and manage craft install unit rates• Manage construction equipment and comply with company policies
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field• 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software is preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Multiple years of experience on construction project sites or executing program management is preferred• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles• Must meet the company's driving requirements
